On 14th December, 2022, a delegation of Executives led by the President, Mr Awal Sakib Mohammed, Immediate Past President, Nana Addo Tetebo, former President, Mr. Joseph Walker, General Secretary, Mr. George Nagai, Executive Member, Mr. Albert Sedeafor and Executive Secretar, paid a working visit to the GECA-Ashanti regional branch on their special Awards Ceremony.
The event which was an epitome of honor saw the presentation of citations to past and present executives who have contributed tremendously to the growth of the Association.
Notwithstanding, former National Presidents, Mr. Joseph Walker and Nana Addo Tetebo were also presented citations for their enormous contribution towards the growth of the Association. Former Vice President, Mr. Kofi Essilfie Forson was also awarded a citation in absential.
The National President, Mr Awal Sakib Mohammed, was also clothed in a kente regalia and Ahenema in appreciation for his tremendous impact within his short term of office.
The event was climaxed with a meeting with the Management of the Ashanti Regional ECG SBU to discuss pertinent issues of our mutual interest.
The ECG Management were ecstatic of the meeting and pledged their continuous support for the Association.
We hereby render our profound gratitude to the Ashanti Regional Chairman, Mr Divine Osei Mintah and his executives for their awesome reception accorded the National delegation and for uplifting the image of the Association in the region.
